President Incumbent: Peter Andrews (1st year)
The President shall be the principal executive officer of the Association and shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the Association. The President shall preside at all meetings of the Members and the Board of Directors...
Vice President Incumbent: Reggie Alphin (1st year)
In the absence of the President or in the event of their inability or refusal to act, the Vice President ... shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President.
Treasurer Incumbent: Brian Haas (2nd year)
The Treasurer shall be charged with the responsibility to audit all income and expenditures of the Association, and to monitor the financial activities of the Association Management and Association Accountant. The Treasurer shall audit and report to the Board all financial statements and resolve any discrepancies or unexplained expense.
Secretary Incumbent: -NONE- [duties-> Assoc. Mgr.]
The Secretary shall keep the minutes of the meetings of the Members and of the Board of Directors ...; see that all notices are duly given ..., and be custodian of the corporate records; ... The Board may assign the office of Secretary, without term limits, to an Association Management representative.
